Sod Installation Starts June 26

We’re pleased to inform you that sod installation is scheduled to begin on Thursday, June 26 for properties identified as having missing or incomplete grass coverage. The work is expected to take approximately two days, weather permitting.

To ensure the long-term success of the new grass, we kindly ask that you avoid foot traffic or placing objects on the grass until it’s fully establish. Please note, that while the sod is established there may be some variation in mowing frequency to allow the roof system to take hold.
